Remember always when viewing pictures of public people that literally hundreds of photo’s are taken during a photo shoot and typically maybe 10 make it to the publisher. This USED to cost a ton of money in photo development, but thanks to high end digital photography, dangerous and poluting photo developing chemicals are barely used by industry photographers… some people still cling to the old style ways… I have seen Dita’s not so photogenic side, she has a problem with her right eye so she is almost always photographed showing her left. Also, she is naturally thin and as she ages, because she does not exercise (openly admits to dieting and no exercise) her body is beginning to sag. None the less, Playboy does an excellent job in making women look beautiful and desireable.

Basically, no amount of dieting, exercising, or weight loss surgery will help you to lose weight if you don’t get your mind under control. The mind is the primary problem with your weight, not your genetics. Your mind has to be tamed.

You have what my mom would describe as “the greedy spirit” the small little voice that tell you to get more proportions of food than necessary, to eat unhealthy foods, to get when not necessary.

Only two meals are necessary for each person. However, since we enjoy the pleasure derived from food we eat more. Why do you eat? Are you an emotional eat? A social eater? Do you eat just to eat?

Your last sentence strikes me, it’s interesting. You said you’re tired of being ignored, but why would you crave attention? Is the lack of attention forming the basis of your self-confidence? Can you not be confident on your own?

Even more interesting, is on an another post you stated that you did not desire a huge butt because it attracted the wrong type of attention. You really contraindicated yourself here. I’m guessing you do crave the attention that one get’s from having a big butt because you know it attracts male attention however, you know it’s the wrong type of attention and yet you still want it even though, you know it’s wrong. You sound perplexing to me.

That depends on what diet you chose. Sounds like not enough protein & low carbs. You also need plenty of fruit and veggies. Maybe too much exercise too soon because you can lose weight with only light to moderate exercise. You'll have more energy if your meals are balanced.

Here’s what I’ve found, from personal experience. 1) Exercise. Find something enjoyable that keeps you active. Emphasis on enjoyable, because otherwise you won’t stick with it nearly as well. 2) Cook your own food. There is a ton of good food out there that is both extremely tasty and reasonably healthy, but you won’t find it pre-made at the grocery store or at a (reasonably priced) restaurant. 2a) Never eat forzen/prepared food. It usually has way more calories than it would if you made it yourself. 2b) Find healthy foods that you like to eat. There’s a lot of good stuff out there, but again, it might take some searching. You should look forward to meals. 3) Stop drinking soda and other pre-sweetened beverages. The shit is terrible for you, and it really doesn’t take long to get used to water, coffee, or tea, especially if you start eating more flavorful food. 4) Don’t totally deprive yourself. Order a pizza or make some bacon every once in a while. 5) It isn’t a diet, it’s a permanent lifestyle change. Whatever you change, make sure you either want to do it, or are willing to stick with it for the long haul. Short-term dieting is only good for diet-book authors.
