When you stop eating what will happen is this- your body will think that there is a food crisis, and your body will panic, in reaction, the body will now start to store food that will later be in the form of fats. See, it will result to the opposite of your main goal. Your weight will start to increase instead of decreasing and it is because of all that fats. Just imagine!
Low carb diets, the biggest type of diet that most people use, because they think that the reason they are fat is because they have a lot of carbohydrates on their tummies. This is partially true since all the carbs we eat that do not get burned off will actually store themselves as fat on your body. Carbs that do not get burned become sugar, which is not good at all!
When you are in a Low Carb diet, you will not be allowed to have any forms or carbohydrates, or if you are allowed but just a very small amount of it. Just a little amount of all forms of carbohydrates.
There probably isn’t one “best weight loss program” that will magically turn your body into a thin, muscular stick in matter of weeks, but there are better ones than others. Which one you choose depends on if you like to diet or exercise, but the best ones will tell you to eat healthy and exercise well.
So in order to lose the most fat possible you want to control your diet (nutrition plan) and make sure that you eat according to it, as well as incorporate a well executed exercise plan. Putting these two things together will yield the ultimate fat loss plan out there.
