This stuff is nonsense. Don't go anywhere near it. Any weight loss is strictly temporary, primarily from dehydration.

When it comes to dieting, far too often we take those first steps towards weight loss bliss for what we later determine are all the wrong reasons. Ultimately however, if your reason works for you there is no truly wrong reason to diet. The trick is in finding the reason that will actually work for you.

weight watchers has a good education program with food. The point system they incorporate is fantastic, you'll meet with somebody on a weekly basis who is also on the program or was on the program and has gotten to their goal so they'll be able to guide you keep you on track and it's affordable ($30/month last I heard).

Diets don't work, LIFESTYLE CHANGES DO, good luck on your journey of self improvement.

Ha ha ha Kate’sSisterJ:
“This program is not for everybody. It will not work long-term for anyone who’s pregnant, nursing, or may become pregnant. Or who was born as the result of a pregnancy. “

And will USDA’s MyPyramid.Gov be a target of this regulation?
I was playing around with it today and found that if I’m a “40 year old female, 5 feet 0 inches tall, 120 pounds, physically active less than 30 minutes a day” I get to eat 1800 calories a day. But if I’m a “40 year old female, 5 feet 0 inches tall, physically active less than 30 minutes a day” who weighs 130 pounds, I’m asked if I want to “gradually move toward a healthier weight,” I’m offered a 1600 per day food plan. Which I follow, and then, when I get to 120 pounds, I get to eat 1800 calories a day? Lather, rinse, repeat?

(tying together the no-poo and dieting threads for the win?)

I’m sure glad I weigh 222 pounds, because then I get offered “Would you like to see a food plan that will meet nutrient needs for a female, 5 feet 0 inches tall, physically active less than 30 minutes a day, in the healthy weight range?” Which turns out to be the 1800 calorie per day plan. (Shockingly close to what I actually eat to maintain this lovely figure. Not that I’m counting. Did someone say I was counting? I’m simply verifying.)

Here’s the part the FDA may be interested in: “Following this plan should lead to modest weight loss over time.”

Oh, really? Really?

And I heard that extract of organic magicflower weed was what helped Rachel Ray lose 30 pounds in a month!

I have a brand new box of Wuyi tea. It’s for losing weight. Free. I lost 24 lbs total! I have a box of it left.
Just email if you would like it and can really use it.
It’s a whole container of the stuff, enough for at least 8 or 10 weeks or so, perfect for a quick spring weight loss plan.
Email me if you can meet to get it or can come pick it up, and don’t email me if you won’t really use it…leave it for somebody else.
Thank you! Have a great day!

instead of eating 3 meals a day you need to eat 8. sounds crazy, but each meal you eat is very small, like a snack. its bad to eat 3 big meals a day because your body cant use all of the ENERGY you take in so it just stores it as fat even if it is healthy food. if you eat 8 small meals or snacks a day it will keep you full and you should loss Weight.

Why do nutty trolls change names to say the same thing over and over. The stupidity is not any better the second time around.
.
++++++++++++++++
.
Unfortunately for us Assley Troll doesn’t care that she’s boring us to tears. I can’t even be bothered to read 90% of her bull. It’s truly a case of, “If you’ve read one post, you’ve read them all.” Tonight it botox. Tomorrow she’ll be back to she’ll be back to Brad running off with Natalie Portman or whatever other fuckery she’s been spewing the last 6 months.
.
Assley is just working on next week’s tab assignment. The new Bauer rags have stories on…guess what? OuttaTouch - Angie’s jealous Brad’s going to run off with Natalie Portman. Lies & Shite - Angie’s endangering her health by trying to lose 21 pounds in 21 days with “extreme dieting”. BOTH topics Assley has been peddling the last week or so. No doubt she’ll pop out to say she doesn’t work for the tabloids…like I’m gonna believe her…

Whoah, that is seriously irresponsible. I’m glad your friend’s mom didn’t fully take that advice to heart. For one thing, at that level of calorie intake, you’re starting to put your body into starvation mode, slowing down your metabolism, so when you start eating a little more — wham! — back comes unwanted weight.

Sheesh, it amazes me how common sense is lost in the world of dieting. Moderation, people! It’s got to be a plan you can sustain!

Exercising helped me to lose a lot of weight when I married it together it along with taking acai berry. I know they say that pills don't work, however they sure worked for me, and they have been featured on CBS News too. There's a free trial going on currently at , try it, what have you got to lose?
